Are you a teacher or parent and want to show The Organic Life in school but want more information?
Or are you interested in hosting a community screening but aren’t sure where to start?
Together, with Vanessa Carter of the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center and Heidi Herrmann of Strong Arm Farm, the filmmaking team is proud to present two workbooks designed with you in mind. We have created these for individual use in high school and community screenings.
One of our goals for the film is to foster discussion and community building around local, seasonal food. We encourage you to watch the film with friends around dinner or at a community potluck. Or use some of the suggested activities in the High School Workbook to inspire a passion in students around farm-to-fork eating.
Thanks to the generosity of our friends at Invoking the Pause, the workbooks are available here for download, free of charge.
We are offering community and educational screenings for the cost of a DVD: just download a copy of the film or buy a DVD! If you would like to screen the film at a conference or larger gathering, please contact us for pricing.
